People Age Better If They Have a Purpose In Life


According to a research study, seniors who reported having goals and a sense of meaning were less likely to show signs of declining physical ability. Having a "purpose" in life is additionally associated with living longer and having a lower risk of disease. There are many ways for people to increase their sense of purpose, whether it be through a hobby, friendships, volunteering, or other method.
