How to make grocery shopping easier
Many caregivers grocery shop for their loved one and feel as if they are constantly going back and forth to the store. To make grocery shopping easier, consider purchasing your groceries at the same time as your loved one's and storing yours in a cooler (or insulated bag) while you deliver your loved one's food. This ensures you only have to make one trip!
When you deliver the groceries, you can even stay for a visit knowing that your food will not spoil.
